REFUNDS

Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support department.

We don't accept returns of phisical products.

You can cance an order for phisical products till the time before the shipping label is created, unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

PHISICAL ITEMS

In case of return of a phisical item, the shipping will be paid from the customer.
